Shipping policy

Original Packaging Required: All returned items must be packaged securely in their original box, including all bundled accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Condition Verification: Items returned with physical damage, water contact indicator triggers, or signs of attempt at disassembly will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Authorization: Before sending back any device, contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instruction. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.
